Modern and Minimalist Concept of Table and Chair by Konstantin Achkov
Konstantin Achkov is a designer, born in Sofia. He created a modern and minimalist concept of table and chair that has ability of self-transforming in short and high setup.
Vector type
VECTOR and ROTOR designs have ability to transform their form from the short setup to the high setup by rotating around its horizontal axis. This ability is provided by the part called “Ferris wheel”. To support this ability, some tense springs are used so user can do the adjustment to the terrain.
On ROTOR type, the support bars are set on parallel configuration. On VECTOR type, the construction is changed by turning the support bars at 45 degrees angle.
Flexible, transparent and light materials are used, give the minimalist effect to the design.
