Talking about prefab house, this is a modular prefab house, a product by Method Homes. It is called The Method Cabin.
This prefab house has five modules, including the bridge, connecting the living space to the bedroom space. It has 3 bedrooms 2 baths with site built lower level and 2 car garage.
Some sustainable features make this house become more environment friendly. The foundation is made from recycled content of post industrial waste. The house also has hydronic radiant heating system, enhanced foam and cellulose insulation combo, low flow fixtures, and uses low or zero VOC products. Reused cedar siding is also used.
