Magma Design designed some sustainable houseboats to be used on Barcelona’s river. They are called Loftfloat Houseboat.
This houseboat has 45 sq m open space, partitioned into some areas, just like ordinary house, such as bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen, and deck space for outdoor activities. The beautiful river environment views will be daily views from this house. This house is very suitable as a vacation house.
The interior design is simple and modern. This house is also completed with solar power system. By this system, the house can produce their energy. This house is completely energy efficient. To protect the privacy, some curtains are used.
