A sustainable design of prefab house has been made by Marmol Radziner. It is called Rincon 5. Beside its prefab features, the sustainable features also become its added value.
This prefab house is designed as a guest house, office, or vacation retreat. It becomes the largest type of single module accessory buildings they have. Environmental-friendly features are also provided for this house. It have recycled denim insulation, low VOC paint, and LED lighting. The solar panel is also available for option. Eco timber bamboo floors are also used throughout the home.
The house is completed with a full kitchen with sleek American walnut cabinets, living room, bedroom, bathroom, and plenty of outdoor deck space.
The windows are made from aluminum materials. It is also completed with heating and air conditioning unit. Another materials and features that are included are :
