Another unique design of condominium has been created. It utilizes 40′ x 8′ containers as parts of the living unit. Each unit can be shipped to any of the properties that have room to accommodate another unit.

The idea of this design is to make each living unit can be shipped to around the world. It makes the design very flexible to be organize in any number of arrangement. The integrated crane moves the units in and out of the structure. This modern concept design also includes a staircase and elevator for moving unit owners up to their suits. The community’s property’s can be integrated into any environment, culture, or population.  The shipping industry is globally standardized and capable of moving these units by any number of transportation methods.

Each unit can be customize according to the needs of the community. The one shown here will comfortably accommodate a couple with a full bathroom, open kitchen/living space and a rolling closet to create a private bedroom.
