The prefab house, called Lofthouse, was designed on two version, the traditional and modern design, completed with several sustainable features. Again, affordability and sustainability become very important.
Usually, government subsidized housing complex looks not clean, ugly, and is built with minimal features. zon-e arquitectos from Spain designed a subsidized sustainable housing building in in a former mining town in the center of the Cantabrian mountains. With all of its sustainable features, this building offers long term sustainability and minimal living cost.
BrightBuilt Barn is the first project of BrightBuilt project. It is a sustainable design project that want to build a carbon-neutral architecture. Kaplan Thomson Architects and some partners designed this building in Maine.
IQ Haus is designed by DNA European Design Studio, in collaboration with Lee Gilroy. This design concerns about the sustainability and also the luxurious and modern appearances.
Happy Haus is designed by Donovan Hill. This building is a modular prefab building that can be “stand alone”, or combined with other objects, such as garden, warehouse, etc. While all buildings respond to sustainability, affordability and transportability issues, they are optimized for occupation, resulting in a housing typology that is relevant to all Australians.
