This is a major remodeling project done by Renewal Design Build for a house in Decatur, Georgia. The project provides a new green house design for a 1930′s house which is old fashion already and lots of inefficient things. The sustainable remodeling was done, and achieved several awards, including a regional CotY award from the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) and a Chrysalis Award for Best Green Remodeling Project.
This green home design was made by Randy Brown Architects as the problem’s solution of creating a sustainable, modern, and affordable house having the same price as a homebuilder house with comparable square footage. It is called Elm, a modular designed house, located in suburban Omaha. Twelve homes have been designed.
Glass Townhouses are a pair of three-story townhouses designed by considering the green home design concept by Sanders Architects. This eco friendly living was built at Venice, California, USA, using environmentally friendly products and materials.

A sustainable and luxury Kahala Home has been developed in Honolulu, located on the beach near Diamond Head State Monument. It was designed by Longhouse Development, LLC and Long & Associates Architects. This house achieves LEED Gold certificate

This type of prefab house is built by using the most modern technology and also the most environmental friendly materials. A sustainable design of modular house, called Modular 4 was created by Studio 804. It is located mere blocks away from the KU medical center, on 1500 sq ft area. It has some sustainable features that make it environmental friendly.
Some floating homes have been built on Lake Union, and this design is one of them. This design was done by Vandeventer + Carlander Architects, located at the second position from the end of the dock. It affords views to the south of downtown Seattle and diagonally to Lake Union. The final design strives to meet comfortable living and gracious entertaining that transforms what could be a banal “box” into one with architectural integrity.
