Blu Homes has designed a sustainable prefab house, called Balance. Balance is factory-built, ships anywhere in the country on two trucks, and unfolds to a spacious 34′ wide and 48′ long with 16′ ceilings. It is the largest Blu’s design.

Modern Zen Architects has designed a modern sustainable house on Spain. It is aimed to build a large, modern zero-carbon footprint villa. The villa design had to be modern and incorporate lots of natural light. They design a long and narrow plot to be located on a steep 45º gradient.
