A sustainable design of prefab house has been made by Marmol Radziner. It is called Rincon 5. Beside its prefab features, the sustainable features also become its added value.
Alejandro Dumay and Fransisco Vergara Arthur have done a very beautiful, simple design for this house. La Campana House is laid on 10,000 sq m area, in a rural central valley of Chile. Views of the Coast mountain and the Cerro La Campana will make this house more beautiful.
Another concept by Mario Cucinella Architects, it is a green prefab house, Casa 100k. The prefab house is designed to have low cost, zero CO2 emission, and low environmental impacts. It is designed on 100m2 site, and the cost is designed to be about €100,000.
