A sustainable home, Celo Residence, was designed by Samsel Architects and built by Sunspace Homes. Located near an organic farm at the South Toe River in Celo, North Carolina, the design should consider to reduce the visual impact on the surrounding hill sides, and another environment impact. Hence, several sustainable features to achieve high sustainability.
Once again, a proof that green home design can be applied in an affordable house project is available. The 1519 Cleveland Street house, designed by Studio 2LR, built by Celtic Works, is an affordable house, completed with several sustainable features.
