Pan Gyo Complex, The Sustainable Housing Complex in South Korea

Pan Gyo Complex is a housing complex located in Pan Gyo, South Korea which won The Korea National Housing competition. It was designed by Mack Architect(s) as a sustainable community housing and a low density residential. Sustainable design and site planning were done to achieve minimal ecological footprint to the environment.

Sustainable Design of Ceredo Housing Complex in Spain

Usually, government subsidized housing complex looks not clean, ugly, and is built with minimal features. zon-e arquitectos  from Spain designed a subsidized sustainable housing building in in a former mining town in the center of the Cantabrian mountains. With all of its sustainable features, this building offers long term sustainability and minimal living cost.

Green Building Construction by Samyn and Partners

This green home building was designed by Samyn and Partner, an architectural firm from Belgium. The sustainable building is a mixed-use building, owned by a cinematographer, consists of the residence, the production studio, and the workspace. The construction was finished at 2007, after 8 years. The plants cover the wall, creating a gorgeous look for this green living building. They really make this house looks green.

Green Building Construction of Tim Palen Studio

These days, shipping containers have been used as main material for building a green construction, such as houses. Tim Palen Studio is one of buildings constructed from shipping container. It becomes the first permitted shipping container house in the Mojave Desert, near Joshua Tree, California. This prefab home was designed by ecotechdesign, combining the energy and production efficiencies of diverse pre-engineered building and energy systems that working together seamlessly to produce a smooth-running hybrid green home building.
